us & sparkles is a Zurich based electronica duo which was introduced to the world in 2014 with "damn rich vol. 1". In November 2016 they released their second EP „damn rich vol. 2“ on the artist-run label Boyoom Connective. For their newest project they teamed up with the Swiss rapper and singer „Ryler Smith“. Together they created a unique style of musical expression subsuming a broad spectrum of different music genres. The resulting EP “Nothing Was The Same” is an eclectic mix of Downtempo, Hip-hop and Pop which is aptly formed into an unheard expression of sound.
This collaboration resulted in an intense journey not often seen in modern music production. us & sparkles worked closely together with Smith - from the writing process to arrangements, both worlds are profoundly merged in each track. “What Have I Become” will be digitally released on “Boyoom Connective” mid April 2017.
